I'm Arnav, a high school senior in Mumbai and co-founder of Aethra. I do interdisciplinary research: machine learning with mathematics, physics, and biology. Useful ideas usually show up when two fields have to talk to each other, so the work moves between optimization, acoustic sensing, quantum information, and computational biology, and Aethra pairs disciplines on purpose.
Earlier I built Aethra into seven programmes, a core team of 42, and more than 2,340 people in 84 countries. The research so far includes four IEEE papers, a utility patent on runtime optimizer switching, and two design patents. I'm an Emergent Ventures grantee at the Mercatus Center, for independent research in machine learning and mathematics. I care less about collecting labels than about work that holds up under scrutiny and helps someone else start.
